Addison's friend Jackson had a GREAT 3rd Birthday party. Nicole and I watched the husbands and kids ride off into the sunset. They had so much fun as did we!!!

Halloween 2008

Hi everyone........Happy Late Halloween!! Addison was Ariel from the Little Mermaid. She woke up that morning with a fever. So she was not in the greatest of moods. We went to the Dr. and she had an upper respiratory infection but is feeling much much better now. Here are a few pictures of Halloween day!!

We have a new member of the family. Her name is Patches and she is a whippet mix. Addison loves her and Kea is tolerating her. She is fast and very sneaky!!

We ended our long trip in New Jersey for my grandmother's 80th Birthday and family Reunion. This day went to the Jersey shore. The waves were really big and the water was really cold.

Addison liked the water until a huge wave knocked her over.

We to Sesame Street Place and rode all the rides!! Josh and I remembered when we were young and would not get sick on the rides. O'My goodness all the rides spun around and I was so nauseous.



They even had a wet side of the park and Addison was able to ride all the waterside. She loved it!!!

Summer Vacation 2008

We went the Hershey Chocolate Factory for a tour and some chocolate (not that you can tell but we are on a ride that takes you on a tour.).

We then drove to Philly to see the sites. We saw the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

Addison stopped to smell the flowers. Shouldn't we all!!!

Summer Vacation 2008

We went to Gettysburg to the battle site. It is such a beautiful place its hard to imagine that a horribly, bloody Civil War took place there. Josh is such a history buff that he knew all the different battle sites and was able to fill me in on all the information.

Addison liked the cannons and said "BOOM" whenever she saw one.

We took a hike up to little and big round top and enjoyed the big rocks!!!

Summer Vacation 2008

We went on a family vacation this year and started the trip out in Washington D.C.. We walked down the Mall and I realized how out of shape I am.
Josh and I have been to D.C. but this is the new World War II Memorial and it was beautiful.

Half way down there is a Carousel and it goes really fast. Thank goodness I did not have to ride. I thought Addison and Josh were going to fly off.

Jay and Addison at the duck pond. They love going there and just running. It is fun because they see something new every time. This time baby ducks........lil ducklings!!! They were so cute. Of course Addison put her hands out so that they would come to so she can pet them. She just does not understand why they will not come!!!
